I completed a survey but didn't get my reward

Why a reward may be missing, reduced or removed after a survey, and what to send us if you think it should have been credited.

First, check the survey status

Open History and find the survey by its number. Rewards are paid only for surveys that were completed in full — the status must be Finished. See What do the statuses in my survey history mean?

Why a reward can be missing

  • The survey closed before you finished — it stays "Started". Each project needs a limited number of answers, and the reward goes to the people who finish first.
  • You did not reach the final page of the survey.
  • You were screened out or the quota was full.
  • You already took the same survey in another research panel. Each survey can be completed only once, whichever panel it comes from, so a duplicate is rejected.
  • Suspicious activity was detected, for example a VPN or a hidden IP address.
  • The client cancelled the project.

The balance has not updated yet

Some survey partners confirm completed surveys only after their own quality check, so a reward can take up to 4 weeks to appear. Your browser may also be showing an old version of the page: clear the cache, log out and log in again.

Why was my reward reduced or removed?

  • The survey owner checks the quality of answers after the survey. If answers fail that check, a reward that was already credited can be deducted.
  • The reward for some surveys depends on the average length of all interviews. If your interview was much shorter than average, the reward can be lower.

How to report a missing reward

If the survey shows Finished and the reward has not appeared after 4 weeks, contact support@tgmpanel.com with:

  • the survey number from your History (for example a number starting with PS, LC or TGM)
  • the date and approximate time
  • a screenshot of the final page, if you have one
