The most important rule: the same email address
We send PayPal payments only to the email address of your panel account — the address you receive survey invitations at. Your PayPal account must use that same address.
Setting up PayPal
- Go to www.paypal.com and open a personal account with the email address you use in TGM Panel.
- Confirm your email address in PayPal and complete any verification PayPal asks for.
My PayPal uses a different email
You have two options:
- Add your panel email to PayPal as an additional address (in your PayPal account settings — see how), or
- change the email in your panel account to your PayPal address. For security, withdrawals are disabled for 7 days after changing your email.
The payment shows as "Unclaimed"
If there is no PayPal account for your panel email address, PayPal holds the payment as unclaimed. A payment that has been sent cannot be reversed or sent again. You can claim it by opening a PayPal account with your panel email address, or adding that address to your PayPal account. If nobody claims it, PayPal returns it after 30 days and the points come back to your balance — fix the email address first and then request the withdrawal again. Remember that changing the email in your panel account blocks withdrawals for 7 days.
Payment sent but not visible
- Log in to PayPal and check Activity.
- Check whether the payment is pending or on hold — PayPal may hold payments to new or unverified accounts.
- Check the email address the payment was sent to.
My PayPal account is limited
A limitation is set by PayPal, not by TGM Panel. Please contact PayPal to resolve it.
Fees
TGM Panel does not charge any fees. PayPal may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion or for transfers to your bank.
PayPal is not available in my country
PayPal payouts are not possible in every country. The methods you can use are always shown in the Rewards tab.
