Why is my withdrawal refused or the button inactive?

The most common reasons you cannot withdraw: balance below the amount, a pending request, a recent email change, or a block by a survey partner.

The withdraw button is inactive

  • Your balance is below the amount. Each amount in the Rewards tab becomes active only when your balance reaches it. Before your first withdrawal, a registration bonus does not count toward the amount.
  • You already have an open request ("Payment request has already been sent"). Only one request can wait at a time. You can request again as soon as it has been processed.
  • You changed your email in the last 7 days. For security, withdrawals are disabled for 7 days after an email change.
  • The method is not available for your balance or country. Only the methods shown in your Rewards tab can be used.

"Payment is refused"

A refused payment usually means that your account has been blocked by one of our survey partners (for example Lucid or PureSpectrum) or has not passed a security check, often because of a VPN, a hidden IP address or low-quality answers.

What to do:

  1. Contact support@tgmpanel.com from your registered email.
  2. We will check your account and, where possible, ask the partner to review the block. We cannot see the partner's reasons in detail and cannot lift a partner's block ourselves.
  3. Meanwhile, remove the cause: turn off VPNs and use a recommended browser (see VPN, apps and location issues).

More: Account blocked or under verification.
