"Invalid credentials"

This message means that the email address or the password is not correct.

  • Check the spelling of your email address.
  • Passwords are case-sensitive — make sure Caps Lock is off.
  • If you are sure your details are correct, clear your browser's cache and cookies or try another browser.

I forgot my password

  1. On the login page, click Forgotten password.
  2. Enter the email address you registered with.
  3. Open the email we send you and follow the link to set a new password. The link is valid for 24 hours. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it.

A new password must have at least 8 characters, including upper-case and lower-case letters and a digit, and must not contain your email address.

To change a password you know, log in, click the gear icon in the top-right corner and go to Account settings → Change password.

My account or IP address is blocked

For security, after 10 failed login attempts in a row your account and your IP address are blocked for 90 minutes. The block lifts automatically — wait and then log in again, or reset your password. If you cannot wait or still cannot log in, contact support@tgmpanel.com from your registered email address: our team can unblock your access straight away.

"Account not found"

  • You may have registered with a different email address — try the others you use.
  • Each country has its own panel. Make sure you are logging in to the panel of the country you registered in.
  • If your account was deleted, it cannot be restored.

Do not create a new account if you cannot log in — only one account per person is allowed. Contact support instead.
