Every TGM panel is assigned to one country, and every survey is aimed at people who live in that country. To keep the collected opinions reliable, surveys cannot be completed from outside the targeted country.
What this means for you
- Travelling: while you are abroad, most surveys will not be available to you. They will work again when you are back home.
- VPN or proxy: a VPN makes you appear to be in another country, so surveys will screen you out. Turn it off before taking surveys.
- Moving abroad: if you are going to live in another country for a long time, register in the panel for that country. You can find the right panel here: link.tgmpanel.com/joinus.
