Account blocked or under verification

Why an account can be blocked by a survey partner or held for verification, and what you can do about it.

Blocked by a survey partner

Many surveys come from our partners, such as Lucid and PureSpectrum. Each partner runs its own quality and security checks and can block a member from its surveys. When this happens, you may receive fewer or no surveys, or your withdrawal may be refused.

  • The partner decides on the block. We do not receive detailed reasons and cannot lift a partner's block ourselves.
  • We can ask the partner to review your account. Contact support@tgmpanel.com from your registered email.

Account under verification

If suspicious activity is detected, an account can be temporarily suspended while it is verified. Payouts can also wait until our partners confirm the quality of your recent surveys. This usually takes 2–4 weeks. Your balance is kept during the check.

Sometimes a payout is sent even though a partner has recorded quality or security warnings on the account. In that case we tell you about it: the warnings stay on record, and further problems can lead to a block.

What partners check

Survey partners such as Lucid record signals like these, and several of them together can block you from their surveys:

  • many changes of IP address or location in a short time, including logins from different cities
  • a connection shared with other people, which links your activity to theirs
  • more than one survey session open at the same time
  • traffic the partner considers invalid, and a low answer-quality score

A partner can also put an account on its permanent deny list. We cannot remove an account from a partner's deny list.

Common reasons

  • using a VPN, a proxy or a browser that hides your IP address (surveys marked "Fraudulent")
  • more than one account per person
  • rushed, random or inconsistent answers
  • taking surveys from outside your panel's country

What you can do

  1. Remove the cause — see VPN, apps and location issues.
  2. Contact support once, from your registered email, and wait for our reply. Sending many messages does not speed up a review.
  3. Do not create a new account — this breaks the one-account rule and can lead to a permanent ban.
