Quota full
A research project needs a set number of answers from each group of people, for example 100 women aged 25–34. When a group has enough answers, its quota is full and nobody else from that group can take part. If you open a survey after your group has filled up, you see a Quota full message.
You can still receive an invitation to a survey that is full: the quota may not have been full when the invitation was sent, and other people may simply have finished first.
Do I get points? Usually not. The reward is paid for surveys completed to the end. Some of TGM's own surveys add a small token amount for an unsuccessful attempt; partner surveys do not.
Survey closed
A survey can be closed because:
- the required number of answers has been collected
- the client cancelled the project
- the time limit for the survey has passed
The link in my invitation doesn't work
Most surveys need only a small number of answers, so they fill up and close very quickly. The best way to take part is to click the link as soon as you receive the invitation.
How to see fewer of these messages
- Respond to invitations as soon as possible.
- Allow push notifications so you hear about new surveys straight away.
- Keep your profile complete so you are matched to the right surveys.
