How withdrawals work in TGM Panel: where to request them, which amounts you can withdraw, how long payouts take and what can delay them.
Points: how your balance works
Your rewards are collected as points in one balance. In most panels 1 point equals 1 unit of the panel's currency.
What happened to my cash balance?
Until 14 July 2025 rewards from Cint surveys went to a separate cash balance. Since 15 July 2025 there is only one points balance.
Why is my withdrawal refused or the button inactive?
The most common reasons you cannot withdraw: balance below the amount, a pending request, a recent email change, or a block by a survey partner.
I completed a survey but didn't get my reward

CY.SEND gift cards

Do I have to pay tax on my rewards?
TGM Panel does not settle or report tax on your behalf. Whether you must declare your rewards depends on the law in your country.
