How survey invitations work
Surveys are sent automatically when your profile matches what a research project is looking for. Participants are selected at random, and there may be a pre-selection based on criteria such as age, gender or location. Because of this, we cannot tell you how many invitations you will receive or when they will arrive.
The number of surveys you receive depends on:
- how complete your profile is
- how many projects our research partners are running in your country
- the size and target group of each project
How you are told about new surveys
- Email: most invitations arrive by email, with the reward and the estimated length. Check your spam and promotions folders, too.
- In the panel: not every survey is announced by email. The company running the research decides how it is announced, so log in to your panel regularly to see available surveys.
- Push notifications: if you allow notifications, you can receive invitations directly in your browser or on your phone.
- SMS: invitations can also be sent to the phone number you gave us.
How to get more surveys
- Complete every section of your profile. Members with fully completed profiles get priority and have a better chance of being invited.
- Keep your profile up to date when something changes, for example your job or household.
- Respond quickly. Surveys close as soon as enough people have taken part.
- Turn off your VPN and take surveys from the country your panel belongs to.
Why do I get invitations to surveys I don't qualify for?
Many of our partners do not have access to the information in your profile. Their surveys check whether you fit the target group only after you open them, with a few questions at the start. See Why was I screened out?

If your profile is complete and you have not received any invitations for a long time, contact support and include the email address you registered with.
