The official app, TGM Panel: Paid Surveys App by TGM Research, is being released on Google Play country by country, starting in September 2026. If you cannot find or install it, it is not available in your country yet — use the panel in your browser; it works like an app when you add it to your home screen.
You can register or log in with your existing panel account, take surveys, follow your survey history and earnings, and get notified about new surveys.
Install the app only from Google Play and check that the publisher is TGM Research.
iPhone
There is no TGM Panel app in the App Store yet. Use the panel in Safari — it works like an app when you add it to your home screen: tap Share → Add to Home Screen.
Notifications
- In the Android app, allow notifications when the app asks.
- In the browser, click the bell icon in the panel and allow notifications.
App problems
- Update the app to the latest version from Google Play.
- Check your internet connection and turn off any VPN.
- If you cannot log in, try logging in on the website to check your password, or reset it.
- Some surveys work only on a computer — the survey will tell you if so.
- If a problem continues, contact support with your phone model, Android version and a screenshot.
