One balance
Since 15 July 2025 all your rewards are collected in one balance, in points (shown as PTS), paid by TGM Panel. The separate cash balance used before that date no longer exists — see What happened to my cash balance?
What is a point worth?
In most panels 1 point is worth 1 unit of the panel's currency — for example 1 USD, or 1 złoty in the Polish panel. Each panel sets its own rate, and the Rewards tab always shows how much money each withdrawal amount is worth. When you withdraw, your points are converted into money automatically.
How you earn points
- Completed surveys — the reward for each survey is shown in the invitation.
- Profile surveys — points for answering profile questions, paid the first time you answer each question.
- Referrals — a share (10–20%, depending on your panel) of the survey rewards your referred friends earn. See Referral program.
- Bonuses — some panels run bonuses, for example for completing a number of surveys in a month. A registration bonus is released only after your first withdrawal has been paid, so it does not count toward the amount of your first withdrawal.
Screen-outs, Quota full and closed surveys generally do not earn points — the reward is paid for surveys completed to the end. Some of TGM's own surveys add a small token amount for an unsuccessful attempt; partner surveys, such as Lucid and PureSpectrum surveys, do not.
Checking your balance
Open Rewards to see your balance and the history of your points, and History to see the status of each survey. If your balance looks out of date, clear your browser's cache and log in again.
Withdrawing
You can withdraw once your balance reaches one of the amounts shown in the Rewards tab. See How to withdraw your rewards.
