What to include
Payment questions
- the payout method (for example PayPal or mobile top-up)
- the date of the request and the amount
- your PayPal email address or phone number, if relevant
Survey questions
- the survey number from your History
- the date and approximate time
- a screenshot of the error or of the final page
- the device and browser you used
Account questions
- the country of your panel
- a description of the problem and any error message
Tips
- Send one message per issue and reply in the same email thread — this keeps the whole history in one place.
- Check your spam folder for our reply.
